Shannon serves as the Administrative and Technology Support Specialist for the Environmental Quality Management Department since March of 2023. She brings over 15 years of experience in customer service knowledge to our team. Prior to joining the department Shannon worked as an administrative assistant for several companies in the Bluegrass including four years for Louisville Gas and Electric and Kentucky Utilities.
